	11/23/2009 - AIS Wins VCU Scanning Contract The purpose of the contract is to reduce VCU staff time by digitizing the reference letters, test scores and transcripts that are associated with student applications to the Honors College. The key to the success of this project is accurate indexing for each document. Indexing provides the Honors College with the ability to search the digitized document quickly and easily.
