ABOUT ARCPARK
WHAT IS IT?

ArcPark is a yearly camping adventure hosted by Richmond ARC, a center that provides services for individuals with disabilities. It is located in the beautiful and scenic setting of Pocahontas State Park in Virginia, USA.
The event typically takes place in the month of June and runs for three days and two nights.
The purpose of ArcPark is to provide an inclusive and accessible camping experience for people with disabilities and their families. There are a variety of fun activities and events throughout the weekend, including swimming, fishing, crafts, and live music.

Rules
We have to make some rules:
- No alcohol or drugs are allowed at the event.
- Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
- Respect the privacy and property of others attending the event.
- Follow the guidelines set forth by Richmond ARC and event staff.
- Be respectful of the environment and leave the campsite as you found it.
- Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of service animals.
- Smoking is not permitted in common areas or buildings.
- Any behavior that endangers others or disrupts the event may result in removal from the event.

The registration is open a untitl March 1st, and it’s recommended to register early as space is limited.
You will need to provide some basic information, such as your name, contact information, and any special accommodations you may require. You will also need to pay the registration fee, which covers the cost of camping, food, and activities for the weekend.
